The umbrella body of Kabba students under the auspices of Kabba Students Union has felicitated with the chairman, Stardom Global Television (SGTV), Omoluabi Olabode Adeyemi on his appointment as the Senior Special Assistant to Kogi state governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello on Political Matters.
Describing him as “incorruptible, sagacious and courageous”, the students expressed confidence that Mr. Omoluabi will bring his wealth of experience in business management, human right activism and leadership to fore in his new assignment.
In a statement on Friday signed by the President of the union, Fanope Oluwole Lawrence and the PRO, Obafemi Sunday, they said Omoluabi’s integrity is proven and outstanding, adding that his appointment will help in bringing a new stamina in the political firmament of the state.
The union also prayed God to grant him the wisdom and understanding to contribute meaningfully to the development of the state.
The appointment of Mr. Omoluabi, a former senatorial candidate for Kogi West was announced on Thursday in a release signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr Mrs Folashade Ayoade Arike.
The media entrepreneur promised to contribute his best in development of the Kogi state.
