The Executive Chairman of Kabba/Bunu Local Government Area, Barr. Zacchaeus Dare Michael, on Sunday, relieved Mrs Bosede F. Olorunleke of her duties as the principal for Local Government Comprehensive Secondary School (LGCSS) with immediate effect.
The council chairman also announced the appointment of Mrs Ajayi Ranti Roseline as the new principal of LGCSS.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Omofa John, on Monday, the LG Chairman emphasized that the change reflected his administration’s commitment to revitalizing local’s higher education system through dynamic leadership and accountability.
“The restructuring aims to strengthen governance and academic excellence,” he added.
The Chairman appreciate the outgoing principal for her years of service that she had served the institution diligently and committedly, wishing her well on her future endeavors.
He added that the relieved “Principal is hereby redeployed to the education department of the local government”.
Zacchaeus charged the newly appointed principal to be more dedicated to the struggle of restoring the dignity of the institution.
He also congratulated her on her new assignment, saying that her appointment is with immediate effect.
