Wemi Jones, in the spirit  of sportsmanship, is ready  to stretch his influence  to bring  about mutual  collaboration  between the civil service commission  and the communities within the constituency in order to enjoy  the services of civil  servants, especially  in the rural  areas. He won’t  just operate as a legislator, but also as a strategic  campaigner for the well-being  of civil servants.

As much as it is  possible within  his jurisdiction, Wemi Jones  will pursue approaches  to create  a conducive  environment  for civil  servants in the rural areas within  Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu federal  constituency. He will encourage improved relationships  and agreement  between  host communities  and the government  at all levels, which  should  reflect  in issues like staff housing, security, incentives, respect,  hospitality and regular payments of  salary for civil servants.
