Could this be one of the Igala Agendas that they are blackmailing some of us to support and follow? How can I chose slavery over liberation? I will not and can NEVER be a slave. I will fight to liberate my children and children’s children.
Any attempt to establish Monarchy in Igala land and in Kogi State will be resisted and rejected.
Anyone that is supporting this agenda is a slave and slave he or she shall be.
Alhaji Ibrahim Idris, after ruling us for 9 years as Governor of Kogi state without any significant forward looking sustainable development, he also imposed his son as Member, House of Representatives for Ankpa/Olamaboro/Omala Federal Constituency without any motion to his credit let alone any any significant impactful development.
The same Ibro after the expiration of his 9 years, went ahead to impose his inlaw, Captain Idris Ichalla Wada on us as his successor (2011 – 2015).
Wada’s abysmal performance during his Governorship tenure was obviously traceable to jugular godfather and kickback from the monthly allocation and state resources to Ibro.
It was because Wada wanted to be a man of his own belatedly in 2015 that Ibro turned against him and attempted to almost replace him as the PDP Governorship flagbearer which Wada narrowly defeated his anointed candidate.
Since the year 2015 that Governor Yahaya Bello took over as the Governor of Kogi State, all the rots that have so so far bedevilled Kogi State with all the precarious developmental crisis that the current Governor is making efforts to correct are all traceable to the atrocities committed under the two immediate successive regimes with one person as the principal contributor.
Today, the principal actor that is responsible for the developmental woes of Kogi State albeit to the advantage and progress of his immediate family is ruthlessly and shamelessly projecting his son to continue his political oligarchy endeavour in Kogi State ahead of the 2019 Governorship election?
I thought it was a rumour until the picture above confirmed this rude and unbearable monarchical spirit that must be rejected by all men of goodwill in Kogi State.
Never shall we return to Egypt again.
