INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF HIGH QUALITY PER BOILED RICE
Government house administration wishes to invite interested and qualified contractors/ suppliers to tender for the supply of high quality per boiled rice to the state government.
CAPACITY: Such contractors/suppliers must possess the capacity to source and supply the product in multiple tonnes and in good time.
DESCRIPTION: The supply of high quality per boiled rice and re-bagging of same into multiples of 10Kg, 20kg and 40kg bags respectively.
REQUIREMENTS: Interested and competent contractors/suppliers wishing to tender are expected to submit their profile (which must be in English Language) and must include the underlisted.
• Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
• Evidence of registration with Kogi State M.O.W
• Tax Clearance for years 2014, 2015 and 2016
• Evidence of registration with Kogi state BPP
• Evidence of financial capability (Bank Guarantee)
• Evidence of similar supplies
• Auditors/report and financial statements for years 2014, 2015 and 2016
SUBMISSIONS
(a) The documents must be bound and initiated on each page and submitted in sealed envelope. The name of the project being bidder for must be indicated at the left hand corner of the envelope and addressed to:

(b) Completed documents are to be submitted at the office of the Permanent Secretary, Government House Administration not later 12.00noon, 7th April, 2017
OPENING: All bids would be publicly opened immediately following the deadline.
