Independence: Ododo Committed to Economic Growth in Kogi – Abagwu

The Special Adviser on Coal Exploration to the Governor of Kogi State, Hon. Abagwu Ibrahim, stated that Alhaji Usman Ododo is committed to driving economic development in the state.

In his Independence Day message, signed by his media team on Monday, he said that through the coal mining sector, Kogi State would boost its internal revenue generation under Ododo’s leadership.

He assured the state’s coal miners and government of Governor’s dedication to overcoming developmental challenges through collaboration and innovative policies.

“Ododo’s development plan focuses on peace, security, good governance, physical infrastructure, and sustainable economic growth,” Hon. Abagwu emphasized. “We are committed to creating opportunities for wealth generation and increased productivity.”

As part of his Independence Day message, the Special Adviser urged Kogites to maintain peace and actively participate in government-led initiatives aimed at fostering economic empowerment and development.

Ododo’s vision for Kogi State is one of prosperity, peace, and a thriving business environment, which he believes can be achieved through unity and collective effort.

He acknowledged the nation’s remarkable strides despite ongoing challenges and called on citizens to remain steadfast in their efforts to build a stronger and more united Nigeria.
