The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Dekina/Bassa Chief Gowon Haruna (IJN) has mobilised Bassa youths to vote him in the March 28 general election.
Chief Gowon who took his campaign to Oguma, Gboloko, Kpata and Mozum all in Bassa Local government Area, declared that his mission in politics was to affect the lives of the electorate.
While at Oguma he told the youths that he would empower them if elected, maintaining that he would not let them down because they are the future leaders of tomorrow
At Gboloko and Kpata, he called on the youths to vote him for a positive change, adding that he would do everything in his power to transform the lives of the youths.
In his campaign speech at Mozum, Chief Haruna assured that he is interested in the development of his constituency, pointing out that he would bring development closer to the people if elected.
In a remark, former PDP secretary in Bassa, Mr Augustine Wodi thanked the PDP candidate for his campaigns, assuring him of massive votes from Bassa.
