The Board of Trustees of Igala-Bassa Development Initiative (IBDI) has expressed sadness over the passage of Deaconess Rebecca Adoji.

In a statement signed by the Board of Trustees Secretary, Sani Idakwo Phillips, IBDA described Late Deaconess Adoji as a pillar of support and strength to her family.

The statement noted that the deceased was also a source of inspiration to the entire Igala-Bassa nation.

“Her unwavering dedication to service, compassion for others and commitment to uplifting those around her endeared her to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

“Deaconess Rebecca Adoji’s values of integrity, empathy and resilience will continue to guide and inspire us as we carry forward her legacies.

“We are, however, consoled that her children embodies the same spirit of selflessness and dedication that characterized their mother’s life,” the statement said.

The group condoled with the convener and IBDI BoT member, Dr Victor Alewo Adoji, and the entire family of the deceased.
