In less than 2 years into his legislative assignment in the green dome, as member representing Kabba-Bunu/ Ijumu, Hon. Salman Idris has proved himself a trailblazer.
Indeed, since the quest to serve the people at a broader level, he is churning out quality representation.
Essentially, by putting God first, he has been able to surmount vagaries of office to wrought uncommon transformation & people – centric initiatives in Kabba-Bunu/ Ijumu.
The story of how he impacted lives of the people has become a melodious song on the lips of the people. That he has stamped his presence in virtually all the nooks and crannies of Kabba-Bunu/ Ijumu in the mould of signature projects is stating the obvious.
Each time Hon. Salman inspects some of his numerous projects, his presence elicited wild excitement as the people enthusiastically trooped out to welcome the servant – leader.
In all the communities, his massive people – oriented socio – economic and infrastructural re- invention resonates.
In view of these wondrous impacts, avalanche of unsolicited 2027 second term endorsements he has received so far have their locale in his modest achievements.
Tellingly, constituents in Kabba-Bunu/ Ijumu are appreciative and want him back in 2027.
Inexplicably, Salman is unassuming, calculative and proactive and has no airs around him. Hence, doesn’t dance to the gallery. He has chosen not to be a slave to media propaganda in terms of showing off his achievements.
In his heart, Architect Salman Idris knows that the public deserve undiluted truth rather than pernicious media hype. For this, he has earned unprecedented goodwill from the people who voted enmasse for him in the 2023 election.
For many individuals in the constituency, Salman is a poster boy of good and purposeful governance and thus, he is exceptional and deserving a 2027 come back.
His commitment to things that benefit the masses as against personal interests is top-notch.
Going forward, prominent chieftains of opposition parties agree that Hon. Salman Idris is a good product that must be kept hence, they are clamouring and working for his re – election, albeit, secretly for the fear of being accused of anti – party activities.
In keeping faith with his electoral promises, he has radically changed the narratives and conspicuously raised the bar of good governance, legislative prowess and service delivery.
On a final note, Hon. Salman Idris people – oriented, all – inclusive and responsive leadership has indeed entrenched a new order where everyone and every part truly belong.
