Hon. Otaitie, CPS Urges Ogori-Magongo People to Register En Masse As APC Members

The people of Ogori-Magongo LGA have been urged to take advantage of the ongoing membership registration exercise to register and keep faith with the ruling All Progressive Congress. This was part of the speeches made by the Special Adviser to the Kogi state Governor on Energy and Mineral Resources, Hon. Otaitie Akerejola Eminefo; the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor Hon. (Mrs) Petra Akinti Onyegbule and other State Appointees during the monitoring of the ongoing APC Membership registration exercise in the area.

The monitoring exercise took them to all the ten wards of the local government where they commended the people for their large turn promising that the New Direction Government of His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello will always stand with the people stating that in this short time into the tenure of the governor, numerous developmental projects are going on the area namely, water project in Ogori and Magongo Communities; the Ogori-Magongo Road; the Ogori Electricity upgrade project;  youth employment and training facilities for youths and the employment of sons and daughters of Ogori and Magongo Communities into the Kogi state Civil service.

Hon. Otaitie particularly thanked the Governor for the recent appointment of duo of Hon. Obin Aimila and Hon. Ekundayo as Senior Special Assistance promising that they will put in their best in the discharge of the duties of their office.

The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Hon. (Mrs) Petra Akinti Onyegbule  in her address urged the people of the area to support the Change Agenda of President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor Yahaya Bello to save the country and state from drifting. She assured the people that various programmes have been put in place by the APC lead government to improve on the economy and drive the country and state into prosperity urging the people to support the anti-Corruption agenda of both PMB and GYB.

On the new members who defected into the party, the Special Adviser to the Kogi state Governor on Energy and Mineral Resources, Hon. Otaitie Akerejola Eminefo assured them of equal treatment.

The State Appointees were hosted to a carnival rally by the Eni Ward APC. The event was fun-full and well attended by old and new members of the party. The Administrators of Ogori-Magongo LGC, Party leaders, Executives and members were also in attendance.
