Member representing Ijumu state constituency in the Kogi State House of Assembly, Honourable Victor Ade Omofaiye, has been described as a good ambassador of Ijumu Kingdom.
The vice president of Ikoyi Development Association, Dr Johnson Orugun, stated this while playing host to Omofaiye
during the commissioning of the Ikoyi community initiatives on security.
Dr Orogun said Ikoyi people are proud of the representation of Omofaiye. He disclosed that the assembly member has identified with Ikoyi development morally and financially.
Omofaiye, in his remarks, commended Ikoyi people for their noble and leading role in rural policing by providing motorcycles, mobile telephone service for communications, whistles and torch-lights for effective community policing.
He called on other towns in his constituency to emulate the Ikoyi trailblazing efforts.
The National President of the Ikoyi Development Association, Dr Segun Ijagbemi, poured encomiums on Hon. Victor Ade Omofaiye for all that he has done for the town since his assumption of office.
