Member representing Okene I constituency in the Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon. Lawi AT Ahmed has extended warm condolences to the government and people of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the untimely deaths of the honourable minister of state for Labour and Productivity, Barr. James Ocholi (SAN), along with his wife and son in a ghastly accident that occurred in Abuja-Kaduna road.
Hon. Lawi noted that the late minister was a “towering statesman who made tremendous contributions and sacrifices to the peace and progress of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and had dedicated himself to selfless service to their countrymen even up to the hour of his unfortunate and untimely death”.
In his message, Hon Lawi extend to his condolences to the grief-stricken populace of Kogi State, and
the bereaved families for the irreparable loss.
Commiserating with President Muhammadu Buhari, Hon Lawi prayed that the Almighty God the nation succor and
fortitude as we go through this painful period of grief.
