A non-political organisation, Omala Youth Elite has commended Kogi State Governor, Capt. Idris Wada remobilising contractor to site for the dualisation of Abejukolo road.
According to the group, this singular move and many more achievements recorded by the present administration has shown that the Governor is a trail blazer.
The president of the Omala Youth Elite, Mr. Jeremiah Wada gave the commendation in a brief chat with The Graphic in Lokoja, recently.
He pointed out that the dualization of the Abejukolo township road would go a long way to give the town a new look just as he expressed gratitude on behalf of the people of the Local government to the State Government.
Mr. Jeremiah also made a passionate appeal to the Governor to see to the continuation and eventual completion of the project. He urged the contractors handling the project to ensure quality works.
The OYE President used the opportunity to encourage sons and daughters of Omala both at home and State capital to come out enmass to collect their PVC and participate adequately in the forthcoming general election.
Mr. Jeremiah who expressed delight over the relatively peace been enjoyed inn state urged all as sundry to join hands with the government to ensure speedy and even development of the State.
