Gov’ship Aspirant Omede Hails Peaceful Conduct of Kogi PDP Congress

Kogi governorship aspirant, Dr. Idris Omede has hailed the peaceful conduct of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) state congress.

In a statement issued on Saturday, Omede called the newly elected executive of the party to work as a team to ensure victory for PDP in the November governorship election.

The former President, Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) tasked the re-elected chairman, Engr. Sam Uhuotu and his team to carry all governorship aspirants along in decision making to ensure cohesion in the party.

“I commend all the stakeholders of our dear party, the People Democratic party (PDP) in the state for the peaceful conduct of the congress and election of the state party executives. I want to use this medium to congratulate the newly elected Chairman, Engineer Sam Uhuotu and the other officials.

“The outcome of the state congress of our great party isย  awesome. We must move forward together as a family to ensure victory of our dear party come November governorship election in Kogi state.

“I urge the new state executive to work as as team and try their best to unite all members of the party down to the grassroot. This will further strengthen PDP in Kogi state,” he said.

Dr Idris Omede commended all delegates across the state for their loyalty to the party.
