The commissioning, attended by the Executive Chairman of Ankpa LGA, who representing Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, showcased what the state calls proof that a business-friendly climate works on the ground.
Some of the projects executed are: a 20,000-litre motorised borehole now serves clean water in Ika Ajengo, Ika Agbeji and Ika Ojo-noga; a brand-new Grade 2 Court, fully built and kitted out.
Also, ten top-performing tertiary students landed full scholarships, solar street lights lines the roads of the host communities. The local primary health care centre has been overhauled and stocked with drugs and modern gear.

Residents also received a three-day free medical outreach.
Managing Director of Trendiest Finest Product Industries Ltd, Mr Ugbede Peter said the company’s success is tied to the governor’s peace-building drive.
“We’re proud to be from Kogi. The stability the governor has created lets us reinvest where we live. Other big firms have mined here, but we’re proving that locals can set—and keep—the standard,” he noted.
He thanked the Ankpa LGA chairman for clearing red tape and pledged to extend the scheme to more villages.
Village heads and youths at the ceremony hailed the projects as “democracy delivered,” praising both the government and TFP Ind. Ltd for turning pledges into brick-and-mortar reality.
