The Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello heartily welcomes the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari back into the country after a well-deserved medical and rest and vacation in the United Kingdom.
In a statement through his Chief Press Secretary, Petra Akinti Onyegbule, the Governor remarked that he is full of gratitude to the Almighty Allah for upholding and preserving Mr. President’s life, further affording him the golden opportunity to work and serve the good people of Nigeria and continue in the delivery of the good dividends of democracy to them.
The Governor stated that Nigerians are indeed grateful to welcome back their President and are hopeful that his return will herald pleasant surprises, monumental accomplishments, infrastructural development, economic progress, better standard of living, sure-footed growth and progress for all and sundry.
“Welcome home, Mr. President. Keep on blazing the trail of progress and development in our nation. We are gladly trailing your blaze,” Governor Bello stated.
He therefore wished the President continued strength, sound and better health as he continues in his giant strides geared towards repositioning our dear country, and enthused that it was really good to have him back to steer the ship of the state to the shores of socio-economic progress and advancement.
