In a slight but strategic reshuffle, erstwhile Chairman of Kogi Hotels and Tourism Board, Prince Philip Olusesan Orebiyi, has been named General Manager.
In a statement by the Secretary to the Government of Kogi State, Dr. Folashade Arike Ayoade, in Lokoja on Monday, Bilkisu Abdulsalam Ogueyi, the former GM is now the Board Chairman.
Dr Ayoade said the reshuffle was in line with the Governor Usman Ododo-led administration’s commitment to reposition hotels and tourism management in Kogi state.
The statement also announced appointment of Dr. Bashir Sezuo Tenuche as the Director General, Kogi State Information Communication Technology Development Agency.
Governor Ododo congratulated the appointees on their new assignment and urged them to bring their wealth of experience to bear in the discharge of their duties.
