Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello, has congratulated the four illustrious sons of Kogi State who have just been elevated to the prestigious rank of Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SAN).
In a statement released by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Onogwu Muhammed, Bello said the appointment of Mr. Usman Ogwu Sule, Mr. Abdullahi Haruna, Mr. Alhassan Akeje and Mr. Ayo Asala as SANs was attributed to their hard work, dedication and commitment to duty.
He challenged the new silks to further enrich the legal profession with their deft commitment to the pursuit of justice.
Bello expressed confidence in the ability of the new SANs to further consolidate on their past track records which have earned them the highly respected status as Senior Advocates of Nigeria.
Bello urged the new SANs to continue to distinguish themselves in the legal profession and bear the flag of the state with pride as they have demonstrated over the years.
While felicitating with the new SANs on behalf of the Government and the good People of Kogi State, Governor Bello admonished the legal luminaries to see their elevation as a challenge to make more remarkable impacts in the legal profession.
