Governor Yahaya Bello has appointed the Akeweje of Ogga land, Chief Oluseyi Omotosho as member, elders’ advisory council to Kogi state government.
At an elaborate ceremony in government house on Tuesday, Gov. Bello noted thatOmotosho’s appointment was predicated on his proven character and influence as a community leader in Ogga-Omi ward of Yagba West local government area.
The Governor said his administration’s governance model is centered around the needs of Kogites in all community as contained in the New Direction Blueprint.
Earlier on Tuesday, Chief Omotosho, who is Managing Director of New Moon Nigeria Ltd, was conferred with the Built Environment service award at the BEBM Exhibitions in Lokoja.
