Obaro of Kabba and the Chairman Okun Area Traditional Council, Kogi State, Oba Solomon Owoniyi has assured the national leaders of serving and former Public Office Holders Association of Nigeria (POHAN) of his continued support.
The monarch gave the assurance when the POHAN team led by its national president, Bashorun MD Eseyin paid him a courtesy visit in Kabba on Monday.
Oba Owoniyi described the formation and organization of POHAN as timely and commendable.
In his address, POHAN national president said the team decided to visit the highly respected monarch in his palace because charity begins at home.
He hailed the Obaro of Kabba for maintaining peace and orderliness in his domain, adding that his reign has brought blessing and peace to Okun land.
Eseyin sought the support and partnership of the monarch for POHAN, being the umbrella body for all former and serving public office holders in the country.
He presented the prestigious POHAN’s seal symbol to the monarch.
