His Royal Highness, the Maigari of Lokoja, Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi IV, has made a passionate appeal to Kogites to support the administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.
The monarch urged citizens to strengthen the thread of peace, unity and goodwill.
In a statement signed by the monarch on Sunday in Lokoja, and made available to journalists, Maigari congratulated Governor Ododo and his administration on his first year in office and appealed to Kogites to give their blessings and support to the government.
He expressed his wish for a successful tenure in office by the Ododo administration.
The statement read: “His Royal Highness, Maigari of Lokoja and Chairman Lokoja local government Council of Chiefs, Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi 1V, extends his best wishes to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo on the completion of his first year in office.
The Royal father appealed to all his subjects and Kogites in general to continue to strengthen the thread of peaceful co-existence, unity and goodwill.
He also appealed to them to give their blessings to the Ododo administration so that it can succeed in its efforts to build a Kogi state of our dreams.
Maigari expressed his wish for a successful tenure in office by the Governor Ododo.
