National President of Public Office Holders Association of Nigeria (POHAN), Bashorun MD Eseyin has applauded the Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC), Barr Babatunde Irukera, for his excellent and ethical responsiveness to public service delivery.
Eseyin made this known when the umbrella association of former and serving public office holders, POHAN, conferred on Irukera a public service excellence credence certification in Abuja.
He described Irukera as a beacon of hope in public service, urging him to sustain the work he has embarked upon for the benefit of Nigerian consumers.
He charged the FCCPC boss to see this certificate as a call for more efforts as he continues to project the good image of public office holders to the admiration of POHAN and Nigerians.
The elated Irukera thanked POHAN for finding him worthy of its honour, adding that he is “highly honoured and encouraged by this act”.
He further commended the formation of POHAN and gave assurances of his support and commitment to the association.
Presenting POHAN’s symbol and seal to Irukera, the association’s advisor on research and development, Dr. Christopher Imumolen noted that the recipient is worthy of the prestigious honour.
He described Irukera as a great ambassador of public office holders in Nigeria.
