The spokesman of Tiv Community in Takede-Ide/Otafun Ward 07 in Mopamuro Local Government of Kogi State, Mr. Timothy Shember has described the Director General, Media and Publicity to Governor Yahaya Bello as a leader who gives ‘life’ to the ‘lifeless’.
He said this when Hon. Kingsley Fanwo paid them a communal visit at their settlement in Takete-Ide on Friday.
During the visit, Fanwo urged the Tiv Community to continue to live in peace with the peace loving Takete – Ide people, that he will always try his best to meet up with their demands.
Fanwo expressly gave assurance of delivering a multipurpose grinding and processing machine of about N500,000.00 to the community when they complained of the stress and expenses of going to another Local Government to process their farm produce. He affirmed that the machine will be delivered by the end of July, 2019.
Timothy in appreciation said Fanwo is a leader that is passionate in providing succour to ameliorate the worries of the people. He testified to Fanwo’s philanthropic deeds across Mopamuro Local Government, adding that he is the leader that has given them cutlass and hoe, and when it is time to farm, they will never make heap for someone else.
Adding to Timothy’s testimonies, he said the treatment Fanwo gave them when they went for voters registration with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is second to none and he made then relevant in the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Fanwo expressed that he is only doing what he deem fit by his consciousness, which is the welfare and well-being of every human around him.
