Hon. James Abiodun  Faleke has expressed his heartfelt condolence to Osun state Governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, declaring that the loss  of his mother was not only for him, but also for the entire nation, Nigeria.
Faleke made this known during at the 8th days Firdau prayer for the late Alhaja Saratu.
“We lost a mother , who is so dear to all of us. I remember some of the things she told me, but this avenue is not suitable to recount some of them”, said Faleke.
He said Alhaja Saratu had lived a fulfilled life that is full of good legacies worthy of emulation, saying Mama will be forever remembered for giving the world a good son in Governor Aregbesola.
Faleke however assured that the good legacies of the late diplomat will continue to be replicated as a way of keeping her memories alive.
“She has gone to be with God, but one thing we can do in order to ensure that her memory lives on is for us to determine that those good qualities, those things that she represented while she was alive, will be replicated. That is the best way to keep her memory alive. It is quite unfortunate that it will be very difficult for us to find someone, especially in this part of the nation, who can fill her shoes but by the grace of God, we will raise someone from among us who will take her place. So on this note, I want to extend our sincere condolences to the Government of Osun State, the leadership and to the people of Osun State and indeed Nigeria as a whole who looked up to her for business, for guidance and for counsel”.
