The running mate to late Abubakar Audu who was the governorship candidate in November 21, 2015 governorship election in Kogi State , Chief James Abiodun Faleke has berated the leadership of All Progressive Congress, APC over what he described as injustice meted out to him his late principal.
Faleke disclosed this while speaking at APC stakeholders meeting at his country home in Ekirin Adde in Ijumu Local government area of Kogi state at the weekend.
The House of Representatives member representing Ikeja/Ojodu/Berger Federal Constituency of Lagos State stated that the party leaders were very unfair to members of Kogi APC after the death of Prince Abubakar Audu.
He stated that he has never disappointed late Audu even in death, stressing that he had made his pledge to his former boss in even in death.
He lamented that they worked and campaigned for the party across the 21 local government areas of the state hoping to salvage the state from maladministration of the past, stressing that unnatural things happened and the party leader decided to do what they did.
He however commended all his supporters during the struggle, stressing the supporters must continue to work together to better the lots of the people of the state.
Earlier all the speakers who spoke at the occasion eulogised the doggedness of Chief James Abiodun Falake, describing him as true leader of the people.
Also speaking at the occasion, the Director General of Prince Audu Family political organisation, Comrade Isa Daniel commended the people for their unflinching loyalty, saying, the blueprints of the group has been given to Hon. Abiodun Faleke.
He also describe Chief Faleke as man standing for justice and standing for God.
