Estate Manager Proposes Mass Housing Initiative for Civil Servants in Kogi

Renowned estate manager, Peter Suleiman has proposed 1000 housing units for civil servants in Kogi State.

Suleiman, who is the current Chief Executive Officer, Good Trust Properties Limited Lokoja, made the proposal in a statement issued to journalists on Monday.

He commended Governor Usman Ododo for making positive impacts in Kogi State since he assumed office.

According to him, Governor Ododo will be writing his name in gold when he build the housing estate for civil servants to address the issues of housing workers are facing.

The Estate developer said “Things are very hard as we speak. Nigerians generally finds it difficult to feed themselves daily aside paying exorbitant house rent.

“This 1000 proposed house units will cushion the suffering of civil servants in term of accommodation. It will save them from the consistent exploitations of landlords who are giving out their houses for their own selfish interest.

“As a key player in the housing/property sector in Kogi state, through my firm Good Trust Properties Limited, I want to propose a need for 1000 housing estate comprising of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, especially for civil servants.

“The Zone 8 axis of Lokoja will be very conducive for such project and this will mark a difference for your administration as it will be a good initiative by making the proposed estate “SMART CITY”.

“Your excellency sir, it is my earnest desire to partner with your administration on this project to bring your good intentions for massive availability of liveable accommodation to Kogites.

“With your support, I will also put in place minimum funding for the commencement of this laudable housing project. The management of GOOD TRUST PROPERTIES LIMITED will always be available to your excellency for discussion in the area of meeting the housing need of Kogites.”
