A chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State, Dr. Erico Joseph Ameh has, on behalf of the family, expressed profound gratitude and sincere appreciation to God almighty for His love, kindness, grace and un-merited mercies granted for the successful burial rites of their late beloved nonagenarian and patriarchy papa Erico Ameh, whose remains was laid to rest in the lord on Saturday.
A statement personally signed and endorsed by the scion of the deceased’s family, Erico Ameh PhD, and made available to newsmen in Lokoja, attributed the rancour free burial ceremony for their departed beloveth nonagenarian father to God’s undeniable grace, mercies and love kindness for the family.
He equally extended his heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the servant leader of Kogi state, and the State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo for sending a high powered government delegation to the memorable occasion.
Joseph Ameh also showered encomium on the Speaker of the 8th Assembly under the leadership of Rt. Hon. Aliyu Umar Yusuf and the Deputy Speaker, Rt Hon. Comfort Nwochiola and other members of the state assembly for their personal presence.
He equally acknowledged the presence of the nine local government council chairmen from Kogi East, Kogi East zonal chair of the All Progressives Congress, Alhaji Suleiman Mohammed Mikialu, Special Adviser to the governor on security matters for Ankpa federal constituency, Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed, elected and political appointees from Olamaboro and Kogi state in general for gracing the occasion despite the present economic predicaments
He equally thanked the clerics, United Evangelical Church, Christian and non Christian communities, multiple dignitaries from Olamaboro local government area and beyond for their demonstration of love during their moment of grief.
Erico Joseph Ameh prayed God almighty to bless and replenish every body for their various contributions which made the final burial of their departed Father a huge success.
