A former Kogi east senatorial aspirant under the platform of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Engr. John Ibrahim Ocheje has congratulated the new Attah Igala.
In a statement made available to the press, Engr. Ocheje congratulated His Royal Majesty Matthew Alaji Opaluwa on his coronation as Attah Igala.
Describing the new Attah Igala as a man with wealth of experience and integrity, Engr. Ocheje expressed confidence that his reign will witness a new dawn in Igala kingdom.
“I am confident the new Attah Igala will use his wealth of experience, influence and integrity to unify all Igala sons and daughters for purposeful leadership,” Engr. Ocheje said.
He expressed happiness at the choice of the new Attah Igala and prayed Almighty God to grant him long life, wisdom and understanding to discharge the functions of his office while urging him to preserve the sacred customs and tradition of Igala people.
