As the council elections draw closer, Okene local government All Progressive Congress (APC) flag bearer, Engr. Abdulrazaq Muhammad has pledged to improve the standard of basic social amenities if given the mandate as the Executive Chairman of council in the December 12 polls.
Engr. Abdulrazaq echoed this in his campaign manifesto tagged as made available by Abdulmumin Abubakar, the Director of Media & Publicity of his campaign team. The Local Government Chairmanship hopeful noted that, basic social amenities such as primary health care, environmental sanitation, water, education and other infrastructural development of the Council shall witness renew vigour, will be redesigned and restructured for better service delivery in line with available resources at his disposal.
Further more, Engr. Abdulrazaq have many distinguished and unique policies that are people’s driven and oriented, which are also in tandem with the “New Direction Agenda” of Gov. Yahaya Bello led administration of Let’s Do More for the people and lift them above poverty level especially those at grassroots through series of youth and women empowerment.
He said “I’m saddled with the responsibilities to serve the people that are resided in every nooks and crannies of Okene LGA and to ensure that their welfare, security and peaceful coexistence are sustained.”
Protection of Rights
I strongly believe Hon. Abdulrazaq, If given the opportunity to serve as the Executive Chairman of Okene Local Government Area will run a smooth and transparent government by ensuring that rights, interests and welfare of the people are protected. I believe he will continue place the security of live and properties of the people a top priority of his government.

Based on his performance as the council administrator, I can bet anyone that Hon. Abdulrazaq if given the environment and resources, I guarantee the of clean portable water, more equipped health care centres, both private and public schools will feel his impact through improve service delivery.
Worker’s Welfare
I can assure anyone that the humble pragmatic Engr. Abdulrazaq I know will never joke with worker’s welfare if given the chance to independently manage the Council’s affairs.
