After leading Okene contingents on a successful outing at APC Presidential rally in Lokoja, the Administrator of Okene Local Government, Engr. (Mall) Abdulrazaq Muhammad, on Thursday, paid a condolence visit to the Administrator of Adavi Local Government, Hon. Joseph Omuya Salami to commiserate with him over loss of his wife, Mrs Susan Joseph who died in the early hours of today after a protracted illness.
Engr. Abdulrazaq accompanied by aides console with the Council Administrator and urge him to take solace in the fact that, Mrs Susan lived a worthy life. He prayed for repose of her soul and the families the fortitude to bear this loss.
In the same vein, Okene Council Administrator, Engr. Abdulrazaq Muhammad also visited the families of late Engr. Umar at his Idoji residence who died yesterday in a ghastly motor accident along Okene – Lokoja road while travelling for a medical treatment in Lokoja.
Engr. Umar was until his death a strong supporter of All Progressive Congress (APC) in Okene Local government and coordinator of Hon. Lawi A. T Ahmed.
The Special Adviser on Media to the Administrator, Abdulmumin Abubakar said, Hon. Abdulrazaq urged the families to have total faith and believe in the will of Almighty Allah as evident that Engr. Umar lived a worthy life.
He said the young Umar was a humble and committed party man with the fear of Almighty Allah throughout his life on earth. He prayed Allah to accept his soul, forgive his shortcomings and grant him Aljana firdaus.
Hon. Abdulrazaq and his entourage again moved to the residence of Mr Jibril Amoka at Lafia in Okene Local Government to commiserate with him over the loss of his wife who died during child delivery. Hon. Abdulrazaq sympathised with Jibril and the entire Amoka family on the unfortunate incidence. He again prayed for the repose of her soul.
