The initiator of En-Habib Intiative on Free ICT Education, Hon. En-Habib Abdullah has been conferred a humanitarian award by Adavi Youth Progressive Vanguard (AYPV) for his service and support towards human development capacity building on Information Communication and Technology (ICT).
The award was presented to Hon. En-Habib at the mini-graduation and certification presentation ceremony of the 2018 beneficiaries of his Initiative on free ICT at Enyidudu, Adavi local government area of Kogi state.
The coordinator of Adavi Youth Progressive Vanguard (AYPV), Comrade Dania AbdulKarim in a remark described Hon. En-Habib as a capacity builder and intellectual developer, good governance advocate. He called on well meaning individuals to emulate the bold step taken by the promising young man in human development.
Hon. En-Habib, in his response, promised to continue complementing the government in every aspect to bridge digital divide amongst young people both within his immediate community and beyond using every opportunity.
He urged every other politician to focus much on capacity building and human development as a way of addressing youth unemployment in the society.
He urged the beneficiaries his free ICT initiative to invest in themselves and also promised to be of help to any of them when necessary.
