The Eje Ofu in Ofu local government area of the state, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Akwu Obaje has congratulated the New Minister of Steel Development Shuaibu Abubakar Audu on his successful swearing in as a kitchen cabinet member of President Bola Tinubu’s government, describing his portfolio as a perfect opportunity for the speedy completion Ajaokuta Steel Company.
In a press statement, the First Class Monarch who expressed happiness on the appointment of an illustrious son of Ofu local government commended President Tinubu for finding Shuaibu Abubakar Audu worthy as a member of the Federal Executive Council.
He said the new minister of Steel Development will make the nation’s and Kogi State proud in view of his father’s legacy, Prince Abubakar Audu of the blessed memory.
While charging him to sustain his unwavering and unparalleled leadership qualities as he assumes office, the Eje Ofu prayed God to continue to protect and grant the new Minister of steel development the wisdom to create more economic prosperity for the nation through the national assignment.
The Monarch also commended Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for his role that led to the emergence of Shuaibu Abubakar Audu as the Minister representing Kogi state, praying God to reward him abundantly.
