Alh. Dr. Jibrin Isah Echocho has felicitated with the Muslim ummah over the occasion of Eid-el Maulud. The APC Kogi East senatorial candidate made this known in a statement issued by his media office.
Echocho admonished the Igala-Bassa Muslim Ummah to emulate the life and times of the prophet of Islam who’s life was lead in love, sacrifice, peace and harmonious coexistence.
“The birth of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) paved way for a new world where the people lived in peace with their neighbors including people of the other faith. It also ended the old order of worshipping gods other than the Almighty God and heralded the new order of Islam which brought peace and oneness of God to the world”.
Echocho used the medium to reiterate his commitment of providing a better and responsive representation of the district at the National Assembly and promised to bring the government and dividends of democracy to the people when elected.
