Eid-el Fitri: Special Adviser on Labour Matters Felicitates Gov Ododo, Muslims

Special Adviser to Kogi State Governor on Labour matters, Comrade Onuh Edoka has urged Muslims to always reflect on the lessons of the just concluded Ramadan.

In his Sallah message, Comrade Onuh Edoka described the one month of Ramadan as a period of self discipline, sober reflection and reconciliation with Allah.

He urged Muslim Ummah to sustain the lessons learnt so far with a view to strengthening their relationship with Allah and fellow humans.

While congratulating the Governor, members of the state Executive Council, the organized Labour and entire Muslims, the Special Adviser called for intense prayers for the success of the present administration in the state.

Comrade Edoka also urged Muslims to use the festive season to show love and promote unity in order to guarantee sustainable growth and development.

“It is important to reflect on the essence of this celebration, and this is to stress that love and fear of Allah should be the ultimate among the people irrespective of tribe, religion or political affiliations. The lessons of the one month of Ramadan should be imbibed in its entirety which is why Muslims must not deviate from love and unity with a view to obeying Allah’s commandments”, he stated.
