A foremost aspirant to represent the good people of Mopamuro State Constituency in Kogi State House of Assembly, 2019, Julius Olushola Abel has charged Muslims to continuously live the life of Ramadan, the Holy Month as preached in the Holy Quran.
The statement which was released to journalists in Mopa on Friday states;
“The modest kind of life lived by Muslim during Ramadan is one which I cherish a lot – the devotion, discipline, focus, patience, and above all sacredness, if can be imbibed beyond the Holy Month and become a way of life will help Nigeria to become a developed world and the whole world a better place to live”.
Abel admonishes Muslims to practice the kind of live of the Ramadan everytime and not limit it to a season, because that’s the standard in which the Islam religion is based.
Abel added that the Ramadan is to make Muslim remain steadfast in the faith and not just to be a seasonal observation of holiness.
He congratulated Muslims all over the world, Nigeria and Kogi State in particular, and urged them to remain patient and tolerant in their perseverance for a better Nigeria and Kogi State under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor Yahaya Bello.
