Member representing Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu federal constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Salman Idris, has called on Nigerians to renew their commitment to nation building.
In a message to commemorate June 12 Democracy Day celebration, the lawmaker urged citizens to uphold justice and fairness as the nation confronts its challenges.
“As we celebrate our nation’s democratic journey, let us recommit to upholding justice, equity, and fairness for all.
“Our dear country is currently confronting its challenges in areas of security of lives and properties, economic recovery, amongst others. Though these challenges are significant, we should renew our hope and rededicate our commitment to nation-building.
“We shall triumph over our common enemies. Together, we’ll herald a brighter future for our great constituency and Nigeria,” he said.
