Dekina-Okura: 3 Days Commissioning of Constituency Projects by Kogi Deputy Speaker Starts March 27

Member Representing Dekina-Okura State Constituency and Deputy Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly; Rt. Hon. Hassan Abdullahi is inviting the General Public to the Commissioning of his long awaited Constituency Projects.
In a public statement, he described the constituency projects as a way of feedback to his constituents from the Kogi 6th Assembly and apart from the responsibilities as Lawmakers to make Laws and draw attention of the Executive to the needs of their constituents, him and most of his colleagues has decided to overlap boundaries into the active role of directly bringing solutions to the immediate need of the people.
The projects are so much that it can’t be commissioned for a day or two, but manageably three days. The days are 27 – 29 of March, 2018 and scheduled as follows;
Commissioning of Borehole Projects: 27th of March, 2018.
Commissioning of Schools and Clinics: 28th of March, 2018.
Empowerment of 508 Constituents: 29th of March, 2018.
The three days programme shall be held in one venue at same time.
Venue: CMML Senior Primary School, Old Egume Road, Anyingba, Dekina Local Government Area, Kogi State.
Time: 10:00 am.
All projects shall be commissioned under the Chariamnhip of Special Adviser to Kogi State Governor on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon. (Engr.) Abubakar Ohere.
Breakdown of the to-be commissioned projects are; about 11 Boreholes across different communities, construction of Examination and Laboratory Hall cum rehabilitation of administrative blocks, establishment of a new Secondary School and provision of about 500 sitting facilities for primary schools. Also to be commissioned are the newly constructed and equipped Primary Health Care Clinics.
The Deputy Speaker who has about 20 Projects to be Commissioned to his credit and the use of the people, also provided about 3 300/33KVA transformers to about 3 communities and 508 youths acquired skills in their interested field due to his sponsorship.
He also procured about 100 Enrollment Forms for his constituents into the Nigeria Peace Corps and facilitated over 200 graduates employment into different Federal Ministries and Parastatals.
Hundreds of different tools and equipments will also be disbursed to beneficiaries during the commissioning.

Chief Host: Hon. Kabiru Mohammed Idris – Chief Administrator, Dekina Local Government Area.
Royal Father of the Day: His Royal Highness, Alhaji Abuh Shuaibu Okolo – Ogohi/Onu Anyigba.
The Projects to be Commissioned is worth the wait.
