Dekina Local Government Administrator Resigns

As Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi state just resumed duty from a health vacation, part of the duties he will be attending to is the appointment of a new Administrator for Dekina Local Government Area, as Hon Kabiru Idris has tendered his resignation as the Administrator of the Local Government.
Kabiru in a letter addressed to the Governor of the State,  and made available to Ebira Reporters said his resignation will take effect on Wednesday 2nd May, 2018.
While not stating the exact reasons for this decision, Kabiru Idris acknowledged the support he got from Gov Bello, his Chief of Staff Edward Onoja and other stakeholders in Dekina Local Government Area.
Part of the statement reads; “Your Excellency, this resignation is premised on my desire to serve you, Kogi State and Our Great Party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), in new capacities which have recently opened up and for which I humbly solicit Your Excellency’s patronage.

“May I humbly assure Your Excellency of my highest regards always as well as my unwavering loyalty and support for your New Direction agenda.”
