CP Dantawaye Condoles With Kogi Governor Over Father’s Passage

The Commissioner of Police, Miller Dantawaye, of the Kogi state command, says he received with much shock and pain the sad news of the passing of Alh. Ahmed Sani Ododo, the father of Govenror Ahmed Usman Ododo.

In a statement on Tuesday, CP Dantawaye extended the police command’s condolences and deepest sympathy to Governor Ododo and the family as well as the entire good people of Kogi state.

“Our prayers and thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

“Our joy is that, the late Alh. Ahmed Sani Ododo was a remarkable individual who touched the lives of so many. The impact he made on those around him will continue to resonate, and the memory will live on in the hearts and minds of all who knew him,” he said.

The CP assured Governor Ododo of their prayers for him and the family in this time of grief.

“May he hold on to those wonderful memories in his heart and find comfort to face the days ahead.

“Once again our deepest and most sincere condolences are with His Excellency and the family as well as the good people of Kogi state.

“May Allah grant him eternal rest, and may his mercy and peace be with the family.”
