The 2023 edition of Ekinrin-Adde Day celebrations has received a boost as APC chieftain and philanthropist, Omooba Ajibulu Tunde, will be giving out the sum of ten thousand naira (N10,000) each to fifty widows in the community.
Making this announcement to His Royal Majesty, the Olu-Adde of Ekinrin-Adde, Olu Anthony Bamigbaiye Idowu ACA, CON, Omooba Ajibulu stated that the initiative is a palliative measure to the widows to help them sort out some basic immediate needs and to show that someone cares.
His Royal Majesty Olu Anthony Bamigbaiye Idowu appreciated Omooba Ajibulu for his sustained support to the people of his community.
Kabiesi recalled that Omooba Ajibulu paid the school fees and the Joint Admissions Matriculation Board (JAMB) registration of numerous students in Ekinrin-Adde recently.
He prayed that God would continue to enlarge his coast in Jesus Name.
In his response to the philanthropic gestures, the National President of the Ekinrin-Adde Community Development Association (EACDA), thanked Omooba Ajibulu and prayed that the Lord will continue to bless him immensely in Jesus name.
Mr Abiodun Wilson Olorunleke stated that the National Executive Committee of Ekinrin-Adde Community Development Association is taking note of the good deeds of Omooba Ajibulu Tunde and many other individuals and groups that have been making positive contributions to the development of Ekinrin-Adde as well as supporting those in need. He promised that their efforts will not go unrewarded at the appropriate time.
