The Honorable Member representing Ankpa 1 constituency, Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon Ahmed Mohammed yesterday led the team of the Kogi State Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) on a constituency infrastructure tour around some communities in Ankpa LGA.
Communities and facilities visited are: Emekutu health Centre which was officially handed over to the community, Ojapata health Centre that lack amenities to function properly, (without equipments), they also proceed to Ogodo community and a water project was approved for immediate takeoff, and also, to reticulate the abandoned projects.
Also, a public health Centre was approved for Ogodo community by the SDG.
Hon. Ahmed Mohammed while thanking the Special Adviser to the governor on SDGs, Hon Abdulmuminu Okara said the present government under the leadership of his excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello has demonstrated severally his readiness and commitment to better the lives of the people, and he urge the community to ensure that government properties and projects are protected so that it can serve the interest of the people.
