It is of a great fact that his victory is preordained, having seen your antecedents from inception even as a common citizen with no governmental authority. We’re ready to see you as our demi-god.
Though, it is too early to roll out our expectations but we want you to keep this among your agenda. We have lagged behind in the area of sensitive development and recipient of the dividend of democracy over the decades. Idah Federal Constituency has come of age, one of the largest, if not the largest in Nigeria, but what we’re getting does not speak well of us when compared with our contemporaries. We’re nothing but a write-off due to maladministration.
We have numerous problems like inadequate water supply to the point that in this jet age, we are still drinking water from an untreated source; this is prevalent in communities like Ejule. There is no doubt that we have being at the mercy of God, otherwise our population would have been grossly reduced by water-borne disease.
Infrastructural deficit has being our celebrated achievement over the years. Our roads are bad, our schools lack instructional materials. Ejule especially and its environs are all image of their old selves as our backwardness is next to none.
We want you to use your federal might to bring us the long denied dividends of democracy that will benefit everyone within our political zone and to set the pace that others will follow suit on your completion of eight year tenures, by the special grace of God.
As a matter of emergency, it is very obvious that your numbers of friends and advisers must have increased tremendously. These advises may be good or bad, but at the end of everything, it is of paramount to note that you will solely take credit of your actions, either good or bad. We don’t have doubt in your leadership ability because even before delving into politics, you have always loved humanitarian services through your notable NGO, David Zachariah Foundation.
As we all know you had helped many deprived and indigent people to live when there’s no means. Your humanitarian gesture towards your people stands you tall amidst your contemporaries. No wonder you sailed through the valley. It is graspable our constituency will surely have it real good under your watch. Vehemently, you have proven beyond rhetorics. The people of Idah Federal Constituency have for long put ear on a grindstone to fetch creme de la creme political representatives to prioritize taking dividends of democracy to the grassroot. Blessed is the day you declared to lead us right.
