The President and Founder of Sunday Bala Oma Foundation, Dr. Sunday Bala Oma, has been honoured as a Professional Fellow by Artificial Intelligence Management Finance Institute (Prof.FAIMFIN) as well as Honorary Doctorate, Doctor of Leadership & Community Development Honoris Causa by the Prestigious Eagle Versity Royal Professional University Missouri, United States.
A statement by Head, Communications Department at the Sunday Bala Oma Foundation, Pankhinaan Gwamshak, the remarkable strides are a reflection of Dr. Bala Oma’s unwavering commitment to human capital and community development in the last 17years.
Through his NGO, several young Nigerians have been trained and empowered, while few others gained scholarship opportunities abroad through their kind initiatives.
During the ceremony, Bala Oma, a one time Kogi state governorship aspirant in the 2019 election, dedicated the award to all Nigerians striving to contribute their quota to the development of our dear country, in their own little way.
“I thank God for this rare privilege accorded me once again. I dedicate this award to you, striving to contribute your quota to nation building. Let’s not relent in doing good because only through pains, groans and great sacrifices are nations built with lasting legacies. We must continue to dare to contribute our quota, no matter how little,” Oma said.
