A Kogi born socioeconomic developer and pan crusader of good governance advocate, Comrade Mohammed Nasir has congratulated the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) on the reelection victory of Governor Willie Obiano of Anambara State describing his win as a victory for democracy.
In a series of tweet monitored on his twitter handle, the people’s comrade who hitherto gave all his goodwill to Osita Chidoka of the UPP maintained that the best candidate lost but APGA’s victory is a hope for democracy.
“Oh yes, in Osita of UPP-the best candidate lost but Willie Obiano’s win is a hope for democracy as Anambrians freely elected their governor.” He tweeted shortly after the declaration of Willie Obiano as Governor elect.
Reacting further he commended Anambrians for their peaceful conduct saying the presence of a former president, serving and past governors in solidarity with their choice candidates across party lines was enough to have sparked irregularities.
“@OfficialPDPNig led by @GEJonathan cum @APCNigeria presence in Anambra is enough for irregularities but thank God for the peaceful conduct.”
