Executive Director of Conscience for Human Rights and Conflict Resolution (CHRCR), Comrade Idris Miliki Abdul, has described the death of Hon. Enema Paul, a lawmaker in the current Kogi State House of Assembly, as devastatiing.
In a statement issued in Lokoja on Saturday, Comrade Miliki said the late lawmaker was a personal friend whom he had relating with since his days as Kogi Commissioner for Rural Development.
The rights advocate said late Hon Enema was an easy-going gentleman who was generous to a fault.
“His death is unfortunate and a personal loss to me. Of course, from God we came and to him shall we all return. May the soul of Hon. Enema Paul rest in peace,” he said.
He condoled the late lawmaker’s immediate family, the Kogi State House of Assembly and the government of Kogi State.
