Kogi State College of Health Sciences and Technology Idah (KSCHSTI) will on Wednesday, April 5, hold its 16th matriculation ceremony for fresh students to mark the end of the 2022/2023 admission exercise.
Provost, San. Dr. Nuhu Solomon Anyegwu confirmed the date of the ceremony for 2023/2024 academic session in a statement issued on Monday.
Anyegwu disclosed that all arrangements have been put in place for a hitch-free matriculation ceremony and advised over 400 registered fresh undergraduate students to avail themselves of the exercise.
“The matriculation is a major ceremony that brings newly admitted students into a formal agreement with the College is scheduled to take place at the College Convocation Square by 10:00 am prompt.
“As custom demands, a judge of Magistrate or High Court would administer the matriculation oath on matriculants, where they would swear to abide by the rules and regulations governing their studentship all through their academic sojourn in the citadel of learning.
“Sponsors, parents, well-wishers, as well as members of the general public, are hereby invited to the epoch-making event to usher in the new students,” Anyegwu said.
