Pharm. Ramat Molo, the founder of Eneze Reachout Foundation, on behalf of Nigerian students in India has charged Christians to reflect the virtues and teachings of Jesus Christ in their lives so that Kogi State, Nigeria and indeed the world could be a better place to live.
She also enjoined them to promote peace, love and unity and exhibit the spirit of tolerance in the accomplishment of our vision of building a New Direction of Kogi State and Nigeria.
Pharm. Ramat Molo, who made the charge in her Christmas message to the people of Kogi State, urged Nigerians to always portray the positive sides of the country and de-emphasize her negative sides.
She admonished Christians in the country to emulate Jesus Christ in words and deeds and imbibe the core lessons of love, tolerance, sacrifice, generosity and peaceful co-existence which Christ stood for.
Pharm. Ramat Molo praised Christian religious leaders in the State for conducting themselves peacefully in their religious activities and for joining government in promoting religious harmony in the State.
While congratulating the entire Christians for witnessing yet another Christmas season, she advised them to use the festive period for sober reflection and total spiritual devotion towards living in peace and harmony with adherents of other faiths.
She urged the Christian community not to relent in their prayers for a smooth transition especially Kogi State and Nigeria as a Nation. For Kogites, this year’s Christmas should serve as the clarion call to heal our State with love. The outgoing year presented a huge challenge to Kogi State on many fronts.
“Just as you make each of special for the people around you, I wish that the New Year turns out to be a very special one for you filling each day with peak of health, abundance of happiness and sunshine, bountiful luxury and prosperity and Zen like serenity.
“May the year 2018 give you the opportunity to realize your dreams, rediscover your strengths, muster your willpower and rejoice the simple pleasures that life would bring your way,” she said.
She wished all Christians in Kogi State Merry Christmas and the entire citizens a prosperous New Year in advance.
