…Dangote and Royal Tiles set to exhibit new technologies.

The promoters of Kogi Built Environment and Building Materials Exhibition, BEBM Exhibitions have announced that the second edition of this event is scheduled to hold between 15th—17th November, 2016 in Lokoja. The event is planned to be a multi focused Built Environment Olympiad focusing on the Exhibition of Housing Projects, Building Materials, Environment Concepts and Stakeholders/Professionals conference with the theme: Planning Enforcement, Sub Standard Building Materials and Sanitation Challenge in Developing cities.

The event is expected to be declared open by His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Bello, the Executive Governor of Kogi State and his counterpart in Adamawa State, His Excellency Alhaji Jibrilla Bindow is to serve as Special Guest of Honour.

The event which promises to be a gathering of professionals, manufacturers and key stakeholders in the Built Environment Industry will have the following personalities as leading speakers; Prof. Danladi S. Matawal, Director-General of Nigeria Building and Road Research Institutes; Engr. Joseph Garba Anebi, Controller, Federal Fire Service, Abuja and Mr. Boss Gida Mustapha Director General, National Inland Water Ways (NIWA) to mention a few.

As part of the 3-day event, DANGOTE GROUP will be exhibiting and create advocacy on the new innovation of using Dangote Cement in the construction of Roads in Nigeria and the strength and economy advantage of using Dangote Cement in construction activities during the Dangote Technology Day at the exhibition.

A day is also being set aside and christened as Royal Ceramic CUSTOMER-USER FORUM, it promises to be a day set aside for the producers of Royal Tiles; the West African Ceramic Ltd, located at Ajaokuta-Itape road, Kogi State. It will also showcase the aesthetic, economic, strength, and technical advantage of the use of Royal tiles. The WACL, last year co-sponsored of the first edition of this event during which it was awarded for her contributions to the local content and for her community development potentials.

According to the Media officer of the promoting agencies, Mr. Moses Adedeji, the event will also witness the official presentation of an online platform known as Nigeria Building Materials Online Gallery; this is an online faculty to showcase building materials available for construction purposes in Nigeria. It is expected to serve as a hub and an advertisement global space for producers and users of materials for Building construction purpose besides serving also as a hub for sharing ideas on the Built Environment Industry. It will promote news and features on the Built Environment industry.

Hundreds of Exhibitors have been invited for this all important Built Environment show.
