Sterling and proven integrity of President Muhammadu Buhari has been ascribed as the reason which has earned him an enviable position in the world politics to the admiration of Nigerians and other nations.
This remark was given today in Abuja by the Senator representing Kogi Central Senatorial District, Senator Yakubu Oseni on the occasion of the 77th birthday celebration of the President who he described as one whose integrity has made him to survive the murky waters of the Nigeria politics.
President Muhammadu Buhari who many regard as the most prudent, modest, transparent and accountable in modern Nigeria, has continued to receive eulogies from world leaders as he marks his 77th birthday.
Senator Oseni, who joined a host of other well wishers across the globe to celebrate the President, noted that he was awestruck on how the three arms of government were given free hand to operate contrary to the fear of opposition parties in the build up to 2015 general election.
“I am particularly excited to identify with you having being convinced of your inclusive style of governance guided by the principles of democracy where all the arms of government are given autonomy to operate unfettered.
“Kogi Central celebrate you on this day for your bold, broad and pragmatic approaches in addressing the inherited ailing challenges of Nigerian democracy and management of the economy in a unique fashion that truly redefines the pride and status of a Nigerian citizen,” the lawmaker said.
Senator Oseni who expressed optimism that Nigeria is on the right path of socio-economic development under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari, prayed God to grant him sound health to complete the onerous task that he began in the country since 2015.
