Governorship candidate of Action Alliance (AA) party in the 2023 Kogi election, Otunba Olayinka Braimoh, has described the appointment of Olumode Adeyemi Samuel as Controller General of Federal Fire Service as well deserved.
In a statement on Thursday, Braimoh congratulated CG Olumode who was appointed yesterday by the federal government through the Secretary to the Board of the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB), Major General Abdulmalik Jibrin (rtd).
“This is an appointment that is well deserved, given your outstanding service to the institution. I am convinced from your track record that the kind of leadership you will provide will propel the Federal Fire Service to even greater height.
“I congratulate you on this achievement and wish you a successful term in office,” the statement concluded.
Braimoh and Olumode are both natives of Bunu in Kabba/Bunu local government council of Kogi State.
